All we ask for in your whitelist application is your minecraft username. Outside of extreme circumstance (such as a username that breaks server rules) your application will always be accepted.

Your whitelist application should be made as a new topic.

Do not make whitelist applications for accounts other than your own. We will only whitelist one account per person.
